"Scaring about university"

While going through the topic, the reader will be surprise that “why to scare of university?” if the word “scare” is written with either school or ‘Madarsa’ so it is understood that their must be some reason. May be due to not completing the home work, or the lesson may not be completed, etc. Due to which class teacher may punish. This word is more truly attach with ‘Madrasas’ because students have been targeted of torture for the last several years. But why to be afraid of a university.
University is such educational institution where the students are matured, who might have completed their 19, to 20 years. They can easily distinguish between ill and good manners. He/She is well aware of his/her betterment and loss. There are no such hard and fast restrictions in universities which are in the premises of schools.
This is my second year since I stepped in to the largest university of the country. I will never forget and neglect my first class in the university. This was the day of pleasure and joy for me as well as repentance and sorrow. Happy because I got admission in the university, sorrow for this that, is such a big university I could not find even a single individual which could talk about unity and discipline, but every body admired and praised himself, and talked about different groups with reference to authenticity, race and group. I found them divided in to separate section.
In our orientation class dozens of student groups boasted different thing and bowled their own trumps and criticized on each others no of groups talked about Pakistan and unity. Every group was trying to make new students join their group.
Apart from spoiling the system of education they never left effort of spoiling the walls of the university by chalking different slogans and placing different posters and flags. In most of the poster and banner Quaranic verses are also printed. After the passage of the events these are neglected and remain on the same walls unless they spoil and torn to pieces. This is contempt of the holy verses. Looking at the long banner and flags come to think that, how many persons with no clothes can wrapped.
Another activity of these groups is fighting with each other and protesting day in and day out. When any kind of unpleasant event takes place in any part of the country, they start breaking University property. Like window glasses and doors etc.
I can’t sense what is the connection of that event with university?
Now I have started getting scare of University. Because often there are clashes among students groups. In which bullets are also fired. Now the questions is “why and what is the concern of students with weapons? His/her weapon is pen. Another important question raise is that how do they enter with weapons?? Which means that certain terrorist wants to enter he can easily come in with weapon and destroy, like the powerful event took place in Islamic International University Islamabad.
This problem is not only with any specific university or collage; this is the problem through out Pakistan. Initially this “cancer” was limited to universities, but now it has spread out in schools and collage and taking dig roots in the society. I am afraid these social elements swallow the innocent.
Youngsters of any society are its future leaders. A big part of our youth is going towards an unknown destination, which is wrong and uneven. Our ruler class is like spectators but rather uses there students for its politics. Government is regarded to consider this important issue and make out any solution for it.
